Bionic members took on another local competition this month, coming home two podium spots, 4 first time competitors, countless PRs, and resounding smiles. Two of our members completed over 600 burpees each this month, and as a gym, we hit over 3000 burpees total! Coming up in August, we’ll be watching the CrossFit Games and will certainly have to test a workout or two from Dave Castro’s programming!
