CLASSES

Group CrossFit

1 hour class performed in a group class setting. The class is taught by one of our highly experienced coaches. These classes are for all ability levels.

Personal Training

This is a customized plan taught in a one on one setting. Our personal training is 100% geared towards you and your specific goals.

Barbell Class

This class meets once per week. This is a class designed to improve your skill with barbell movements, specifically olympic lifts. This is performed in a group setting however tailored to meet individual needs.

Small Group Sport Specific Training

This is a class conducted on a smaller scale generally with high school sports teams. Based on the needs of the group and sport will determine the correct path for results.
